Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of our updated cancellation policy.

Due to the high cost of travel and the fact that all our appointments are matched to postcode, it is very challenging to fill a cancelled appointment with short notice. From May 1st 2023 any appointment cancelled with 48 hours’ notice or less will result in a charge of part, or (in the case of less than 24 hours’ notice) all the service amount.

We do understand that things can crop up at short notice, however where possible ensure that our technicians can still gain entry to complete the work on the day. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Contract Cleans

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice and failure to be present at your property within the time slot given will incur a £25 charge.

Your clean cannot be rescheduled until the charge has been paid.

Please understand this policy has not been introduced to penalise customers, but with the intention of protecting our staff from the rising costs of travel.
