Cancellation Policy 

Due to the rising cost of travel and the way we schedule appointments by postcode, it can be difficult to replace cancelled slots at very short notice. To help us manage this fairly and efficiently, the following policy is in place:


Standard Appointments

  • Cancellations made with less than 3 working days’ notice will incur a £25 charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount.

We understand that emergencies can happen. Where possible, we kindly ask that arrangements are made to allow our technicians access to the property, even if you’re not available. Payments can be made via payment link to either phone or email if you are not home.  All payments must be made before we leave the premises.  


Contract Cleans (Customers who pay via direct debit)

  • Cancellations with less than 3 working days’ notice, or failure to gain access, will incur a £25 charge.

  • Appointments cannot be rescheduled until this charge has been paid.


This policy is not intended to penalise customers, but to ensure we can continue delivering a reliable service while supporting our teams pay structure and ever increasing travel costs.
